Adyen seeks a leader for its Product Analytics team, focused on customer experiences across onboarding, customer area and dashboards, developer platform, and the end-to-end customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact role with an opportunity to build foundational analytics capabilities, partnering with data engineering and product to land a data strategy that will lead to enhanced customer understanding, experimentation, and AI-powered experiences. This is a management role with individual contributors embedded within the product teams. Adyen is seeking a senior leader to build and scale its Product Analytics function, with a mandate to unify how product performance, customer behavior, and experimentation are measured across the end-to-end customer lifecycle. As Adyen continues to consolidate its platforms, customer interfaces, and developer experiences into a more cohesive “one-platform” model, this role will establish the analytics foundation that enables faster learning, better decision-making, and durable product advantage. You will partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Commercial leadership to turn rich but fragmented data into clear insight that guides strategy, prioritization, and execution. This is a people-leadership role with individual contributors embedded in product teams, combined with clear accountability for analytics standards, quality, and impact across the organization.
