In our "Center of Excellence" model, you will lead a high-performing centralized team responsible for the systems, data, and processes that allow our audience-facing enablement teams to deliver world-class learning at speed. You aren’t just managing tools; you are building a scalable, AI-accelerated platform for readiness. You will oversee our enablement tech stack, certification integrity, global program governance, and the specialized Snowflake environments used for customer education. Your mission is to ensure that every piece of content, every certification, and every data point is accurate, integrated, and optimized for an AI-first era.
