About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales in United States. This role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity to drive revenue growth and build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up. The Head of Sales will personally close deals while designing and scaling a repeatable, predictable go-to-market motion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define sales processes, implement modern tooling, and recruit and develop top sales talent. The position combines strategic vision with operational execution, enabling you to shape the entire revenue engine for a growing SaaS business. Success requires a balance of selling acumen, coaching ability, and strong analytical and operational skills. You will directly impact business growth and help establish a category-defining presence in an evolving industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling SaaS sales in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated track record of personally closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience building, hiring, and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong operational and forecasting discipline with data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Comfort with remote team management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Personally manage full sales cycles, from discovery to deal closure, setting a high standard for the team
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent, fostering a culture of high performance
  • Train, mentor, and coach sales representatives to mastery and manage performance
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Partner with Marketing to define target segments, messaging, and demand generation strategies
  • Deploy modern sales tools, automation, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and buyer behaviors to inform strategy
