In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry topics and trends
- Deliver thoughtful, data-driven client engagement with clear client implications and takeaways
- Develop new insights and content to drive impact of ISS MI products externally and boost client satisfaction
- Document client interactions and feedback thoroughly via Salesforce.com
- Share client feedback internally to inform product enhancements
- Collaborate across ISS MI client success and sales teams to unlock more value for clients and drive deeper engagement
- Partner with the product organization to drive the roadmap that maximizes opportunities
- Review and define commercial models
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in business strategy, product management
- Expertise in the wealth management industry, deep understanding of retail distribution
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks/projects
- Passionate about identifying solutions to customers and industry challenges
- Desire to partner with internal stakeholders to get to the best outcome for customers and the business
- Attention to details, outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to read the room
