About the position

Join our dynamic Business Development team as we shape the future of wealth management. We're seeking a strategic and client-focused leader to drive product innovation, elevate customer engagement, and refine our commercial model to fuel business growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure our solutions align with market needs and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry topics and trends
  • Deliver thoughtful, data-driven client engagement with clear client implications and takeaways
  • Develop new insights and content to drive impact of ISS MI products externally and boost client satisfaction
  • Document client interactions and feedback thoroughly via Salesforce.com
  • Share client feedback internally to inform product enhancements
  • Collaborate across ISS MI client success and sales teams to unlock more value for clients and drive deeper engagement
  • Partner with the product organization to drive the roadmap that maximizes opportunities
  • Review and define commercial models

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years in business strategy, product management
  • Expertise in the wealth management industry, deep understanding of retail distribution
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks/projects
  • Passionate about identifying solutions to customers and industry challenges
  • Desire to partner with internal stakeholders to get to the best outcome for customers and the business
  • Attention to details, outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to read the room
