We're on the hunt for a Head Speed and Strength Coach (HSSC) who's fired up to lead our team of coaches and deliver the BEST WORKOUT EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY! At D1, we don't just train - we transforms lives. Our mission is to empower athletes, from kids as young as 7 to elite adults, to crush their goals with world-class coaching . Our promise? "You pick the goal, we help you get there!" As the HSSC, you'll be the heart and soul of this promise, rallying your team to inspire, motivate, and dominate every workout like it's game day! A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1’s members Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams, by: Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service Starting and finishing workouts on time Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams Delivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe

Requirements

Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
Minimum of 3 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.

Nice To Haves

Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
