The role will include: Oversee safety risks for residential student housing facilities including life safety systems, contractor management, and emergency preparedness Helping managers identify risks, then assessing and reporting on risks [http://www.allaboutfinancecareers.com/industry/insurance-and-risk-management] that may impact the financial stability, security and reputation of the organization and the safety and well-being of its staff, residents and business partners, and working with the business to develop solutions and procedures to mitigate these risks Developing, implementing and maintaining the US Village Recovery Plans, including reporting on safety compliance and implementing the safety training program Leading the ongoing development and maintenance of dynamic risk registers at Village and corporate level, implementing qualitative and functional audits and delivering opportunities for process improvement
