About The Position

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Health Technician II for the RSH Hurtado Health Center. The Health Tech II reports directly to the Nurse Supervisor. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Provides direct health care support to the patients in collaboration with the other healthcare team members. Facilitates patient care and prepares patients for visits. Assists clinicians with procedures. Administers vaccines. Performs office tests and procedures as requested by clinicians. Nice To Haves

• CPR certification or ability and willingness to be trained.
• Graduate of a recognized registered nursing school, licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey that includes all duties and responsibilities above.
