The Health Unit Coordinator provides essential clerical, data entry, and receptionist support to the nursing unit, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, facilitating patient admissions and discharges, and supporting interdisciplinary collaboration. All new hires attend CentraState’s comprehensive system-wide and nursing orientation programs to ensure a successful transition into the role.
