Conduct operational and financial assessments across areas such as revenue cycle management, clinical operations, care delivery transformation, compliance, and technology enablement. Analyze data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Develop clear, actionable recommendations supported by analytics and industry best practices. Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and drive alignment. Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and implementation roadmaps. Support change management efforts and implementation planning to ensure sustainable results. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (analytics, IT, compliance, project management) to deliver integrated client solutions. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing. Contribute to business development efforts including proposal development, RFP responses, and thought leadership initiatives.
