Healthcare Analytics Specialist
About The Position
The Healthcare Analytics Specialist is responsible for analyzing employee health screening data to uncover actionable insights that demonstrate the value of wellness and preventive health programs. This role bridges analytics, client strategy, and business development — supporting the sales team by transforming data into compelling narratives that quantify health and economic impact. The specialist will develop cohort analyses, benchmark trends across customer segments, and contribute to building tools such as ROI modeling to help clients understand the benefits of investing in health screening and wellness initiatives.
