About The Position

The Healthcare Product Marketing Manager is the marketing team's go-to expert on the DME/HME ecosystem, responsible for translating industry knowledge into product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement that resonates with healthcare buyers. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, partnering closely with subject matter experts across client success, operations, and product to ensure our messaging accurately reflects how the platform solves real operational and revenue cycle challenges. This person should be comfortable learning from internal SMEs, synthesizing that knowledge, and turning it into compelling narratives for external audiences, whether that's a billing manager evaluating workflow automation or a C-suite buyer building a case for digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments with direct healthcare technology experience
  • Familiarity with the DME/HME space, including revenue cycle management and the roles of payors and providers
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages for healthcare and business audiences
  • Expert ability to create and edit Powerpoint / Google Slides presentations that are visually compelling and effectively tell a story
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams
  • Data-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness and demonstrating ROI
  • Strategic thinking with ability to align marketing activities to business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in DME/HME operations, payer relationships, and revenue cycle management to inform Marketing team strategies and deliverables
  • Serve as the marketing team's primary translator between internal domain expertise and external-facing content, messaging, and campaigns
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for strategic partnerships, owning communications strategy, partner enablement, and co-marketing development
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop compelling proposals and customer presentations, providing strategic guidance on industry best practices and competitive positioning
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, product decks, and pitch materials that clearly articulate product value propositions in the language healthcare buyers use
  • Create comprehensive battle cards highlighting competitive advantages, objection handling, and key differentiators
  • Design and maintain sales enablement resources including product one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculators
  • Conduct sales training sessions to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge and messaging
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address knowledge gaps and resource needs
  • Conduct market research to understand healthcare IT trends, regulatory shifts, customer needs, and market opportunities
  • Map the competitive ecosystem to identify Notable Systems' unique position in the market
  • Develop compelling vision and mission statements that resonate with target audiences
  • Create and maintain product positioning frameworks and messaging hierarchies
  • Craft strategic narratives that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and product benefits
  • Ensure consistent positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and the buyer journey
  • Oversee creation of high-quality content across multiple formats including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
  • Manage the production of marketing assets for lead generation campaigns including landing pages, emails, and advertising copy
  • Plan and coordinate webinar programs, product videos, and other multimedia content
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all content assets
  • Collaborate with in-house teams and/or external agencies to scale content production
  • Establish and maintain a systematic approach to monitoring competitor activities, product offerings, and marketing strategies across healthcare IDP, RCM automation, and adjacent categories
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities in the marketplace
  • Create and update competitive comparison matrices highlighting key differentiators
  • Provide quarterly reports on competitive landscape changes and implications for business strategy
  • Distribute competitive insights to relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate with product teams to incorporate competitive intelligence into product roadmap planning
