Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience practicing law with a strong focus on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
  • Currently operating at the Partner or Senior Counsel level at an AmLaw firm or respected boutique
  • Possesses a portable book of business of approximately $1M
  • Deep expertise advising employer-side healthcare organizations
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing (or eligible for admission) in Colorado
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in autonomy, growth, and practice ownership

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and grow a healthcare regulatory and compliance practice within a labor & employment–focused platform
  • Advise healthcare clients on complex regulatory and compliance matters, including evolving federal and state requirements
  • Leverage an existing portable book of business while expanding relationships through the firm’s national footprint
  • Collaborate with attorneys across offices to support cross-selling and integrated client solutions
  • Utilize advanced legal technology and analytics tools to enhance research, compliance monitoring, and client delivery
  • Contribute to thought leadership, client development, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Maintain full ownership over your practice direction with strong institutional support for marketing and business development
