We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Relationship Manager with a promising opportunity for growth in the company. This position will focus on all internal and external-facing communication that relates to increasing our client census and explaining the benefits of our home health services to potential clients. This is an office-based position, however, there will be plenty of opportunities to be out in the community attending events, educational sessions and client meetings. This position will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities & Transitional Care Units. Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role
  • Experienced in relationship-based sales of services
  • Ability to work independently
  • Candidates must have their own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • All new hires must pass a background check prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Home care experience is desirable, but not required
  • Ability to thrive and pivot in fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience working with a collaborative team and executing tasks preferred

Responsibilities

  • Know and understand the features and benefits of the services provided by CareAparent and can articulate advantages to potential clients
  • Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts aligned with company goals and initiatives
  • Proven success in building positive relationships and communication with partners, communities, and clients
  • Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our services
  • Utilize and maintain tracking and CRM tool to measure goals and metrics to report sales activity
  • Coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and communicating expectations contractors, venue personnel, and vendors
  • Calling, faxing, and emailing prospect clients, referral sources and others as needed
  • Maintains community relationships and brand awareness and mission through coordination of events in the community including expos, information sessions, and other public-facing events
  • Schedule and attend face-to-face encounters and develop professional relationships with organizations and individuals connected with home care to establish channels for referral sources Producing engaging content and easy-to-use media kits to be distributed across a variety of channels
  • Partner with Client Services Manager to execute marketing plans and outreach
  • Planning and orchestrating pre-event promotion and post-event follow up communication
  • Manages lead generating workflows, tools, resources, content, and collateral that are related to all outward facing communication(s)
  • Assist with managing and tracking all logoed promotional items and collateral material, anticipating any events and ordering needed
  • Travel (driving) between offices and to attend meetings and events
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
