We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Relationship Manager with a promising opportunity for growth in the company. This position will focus on all internal and external-facing communication that relates to increasing our client census and explaining the benefits of our home health services to potential clients. This is an office-based position, however, there will be plenty of opportunities to be out in the community attending events, educational sessions and client meetings. This position will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities & Transitional Care Units.
