About The Position

We would not be able to achieve this without our world class team of dedicated and talented employees. We are currently looking for a Heat Treat professional to join our 2nd shift operation. As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards, with a focus on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters at SPIROL are also responsible for assigned periodic maintenance tasks, and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Heat treat experience preferred
