Requirements

• HVACR experience required (5-10 years preferred)
• General mechanical, plumbing, or construction skills a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic with a team-focused, service-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, water, and utility systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, and equipment repairs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper condition
• Support seasonal maintenance (including snow and ice removal)
• Respond to on-call emergencies
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance
