About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working on electrical components, hydraulics, and performing engine diagnostics on a variety of equipment. This role requires strong mechanical expertise and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dealership service, fabrication, and heavy equipment operation is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse machinery including cranes, forklifts, gas & diesel engines and more, ensuring optimal performance and safety of equipment used across our various construction services.

Requirements

  • The ability to diagnose and solve problems or research solutions.
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Proficiency complete paperwork thoroughly and accurately.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills via email, text messaging, and other software platforms required to diagnose equipment.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Have your own basic tools.
  • Participate in our drug screen program

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dealership service, fabrication, and heavy equipment operation is highly valued.
  • Chauffeurs license and current medical card preferred- CCC will arrange if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosis and repair of CAT and other construction equipment
  • Diagnosis and repair of Hyster and other similar lift trucks
  • Diagnosis and repair of Broderson cranes
  • Diagnosis and repair of Skytrack lifts
  • Diagnosis and repair of LP, gas and diesel engines
  • Diagnosis and repair of Personnel (golf cart, side-by-side) electrical systems
  • Diagnosis and repair of Hydraulic systems
