Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching, preferably within the towing or transportation industry.

• Proficiency in dispatch software and basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of heavy-duty towing equipment and industry standards is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, or radio communication.
• Dispatch heavy-duty tow trucks and ensure timely deployment to service locations.
• Coordinate with drivers to provide accurate directions, updates, and support during service calls.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, service times, and customer interactions.
• Monitor the status of ongoing jobs and adjust dispatch plans as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and emergency services to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage scheduling and availability of tow trucks and drivers to meet service demands.
