Responsibilities We Will Trust You to Perform Operates all DC machinery including, but not limited to: Battery Changing Machine, yard spotter, fork truck, tow motor, clamp truck, reach truck, and push/pull forklift. Changes, washes, and maintains batteries for all crown lifts and electric pallet jacks. Maintains a clean and safe battery‑changing area and storage areas for pallets. Performs trailer moves for the Receiving and Shuttle departments. Submits maintenance requests for faulty equipment. Spots vendor/shuttle trailers into dock doors and removes empty vendor/shuttle trailers from dock doors. Removes cardboard and empty pallets from clearance trailers; separates pallets by size and places them into pallet trailer. Maintains accurate account of recyclables for billing purposes. Performs all duties, including using and maintaining tools and equipment, in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards & guidelines. Operates equipment safely, constantly aware of surroundings, and adapts to a quickly changing environment. Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor. What You Will Bring to the Table 6 months to one year of experience working in a Distribution Center or tractor/trailer environment Ability to work independently Ability to read and communicate effectively in English Ability to lift, solely and safely, up to 110 lbs. Requirements

6 months to one year of experience working in a Distribution Center or tractor/trailer environment
Ability to work independently
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Ability to lift, solely and safely, up to 110 lbs.
Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment
