About The Position

Looking to start immediately, an experienced dozer. 5 years experience requested. We are looking for a year-round to operating a dozer and occasionally heavy loaders. During the year while the crusher is running and you are in the active mine, then other areas of operating may be required if your skill set allows. Benefits available for full time work. This position is production dozing. MSHA training a must, previous training a plus but not required. Breaking down & resetting of aggregate equipment as needed. Feeding the plant, running other equipment (ie haul trucks, skidsteers, excavators, etc as your skill set allows) Greasing & general maintenance of all equipment. Cleaning & organization pit/crusher plant/etc Pushing up snow (If needed) Knowledge to help on equipment issues (ie jumpstarting, oil changes, changing out simple parts, changing oil, etc) a plus Understanding the differences between gravel, rock, crushed rock, sand, pea rock, crushed concrete, clay, dirt, etc. Pay is DOE Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time often on wet, slick, and/or uneven terrain or surfaces. Must be capable of lifting, carrying, and/or toting up to 50 Lbs. Must be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, push/pull, climb, kneel, and twist. Must be able work both inside and outside, in the heat and cold, and around moving equipment. Must be able to climb in to and out of a dozer and other equipment several times a day. Must be able to manipulate all controlssafely and accurately by pushing, pulling, squeezing and turninglevers, knobs, buttons, and wheels.
