Heavy Highway / Bridge Foreman
About The Position
With over 115 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, SFC Civil Constructors, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a reliable leader to lead our civil crew as a Foreman to coordinate production to drive safety compliance, reliability, quality, production and costs, and create an environment of continuous improvement. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires. Qualified candidates will have: Five (5) years of heavy highway or civil carpentry construction related experience.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of heavy highway or civil carpentry construction related experience.
- Ability to read or learn to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and interpret plans.
- Strong understanding of constructability and large-scale civil/bridge construction and repair.
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 certifications is preferred, but not required.
- Equipment certifications (ariel platform, telehandler, skid loader, etc.) is preferred but not required.
