I2X Technologies is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer at Eglin AFB, FL . This position will be on-site and will require an active TS/SCI with the possibility of passing a CI Polygraph . Serve in a Tier I support role executing the duties below both on site and via telephone helpdesk support.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT or IT support role
  • Current Security+ certification required
  • An active TS/SCI clearance
  • Successful candidate may have to sit for a CI Polygraph
  • US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Software installation and support of commercial software and related upgrades
  • Update solutions database with applicable resolutions
  • Problem solving, hardware/software installation and configuration based on computing standards, and client support for all network and desktop
  • Monitors and enforces all IT policies and procedures
  • Installs and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and related hardware
  • Maintains, upgrades and repairs PCs/laptops and Window desktop applications for all systems
