About The Position

We are seeking a Help Desk Support professional to join our SPIN Team. As a Help Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. Your main goal will be to ensure that our employees and people we support receive timely and effective solutions to their technical problems. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other team members to provide the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Support or similar role
  • Solid technical background with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-oriented and patient
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in the Medical Information or Human Services industry
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Follow up with employees to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible service to employees
