About The Position

Home Health Aide (Full Time) Walk Ins Accepted- Must Have Valid NJ Home Health Aide License 3906 Church Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 A compassionate job-seeker is needed for the Home Health Aide opportunity with our company! As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, expert care of your assigned hospice patients. What You’ll Do: Caring for hospice patients in private homes and/or healthcare facilities Assisting with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, assistance with meals, ambulation, re-positioning, etc. Implementing plan of care under the directive of a registered nurse Performing light housekeeping in patient area only, when needed. Documenting patient care in electronic software. Ability to travel to patient homes and facilities as assigned Represent Samaritan in a positive manner to the patients, families and entire community Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring to Our Team: Valid NJ CHHA certification Driver’s License and willingness to travel throughout the service area. Strong verbal and written communication skills Bilingual is a plus! Requirements

  • Valid NJ CHHA certification
  • Driver’s License and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
