Requirements

• Experience as a field grade officer such as a Senior Warrant Officer or Sergeant Major
• Experience successfully serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level in the Command and Control warfighting function
• Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of current Army and Joint regulation and publications
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Graduate of a Military Education Level (MEL) 4 CGSC or the Warrant Officer's or Sergeant Major's equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a planner on a division of higher staff
• Experience as battalion or brigade commander
• Experience as a warfighting function trainer at the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or similar school
• Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)
