The High Jewelry Manager for the Southwest Market drives client relations and the client experience through developing and managing the high net worth, high potential client with continued expansion of our VIC/VVIC clients for the market. The role will focus on enhancing and expanding the High Jewelry client network through partnering with store Leadership on High Jewelry presentation, education, product positioning, and client experience. This individual will partner closely with stores Sales Management, Client Experience, and Learning & Development to prepare the team in delivering the highest level of client experience. The Manager must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the central team and the local teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner.
