We are seeking a detail-oriented High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Role: Act as the primary point of contact for high net worth and affluent clients, providing proactive service on personal lines insurance products. Work directly with wealth advisors, family offices, and similar centers of influence to deliver comprehensive insurance coverage solutions. Process new business quotes with high net worth carriers Prepare insurance summaries, proposals, and spreadsheets. Retain renewals and process related insurance transactions through proactive and concierge-level service Use various tech-forward systems to maintain data integrity (Powerbroker.AI, Vertafore, AMS360, Gaya, Indio, Box.com, etc.)

Requirements

  • Ohio Property Casualty Insurance license required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in high net worth personal lines insurance
  • Ability to assess unique & complex exposures related to multi-state high-value home insurance, luxury vehicles, collections, primary and excess flood, excess liability, and related lines of business

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • CPCU, CPRM, CAPI, or related designations preferred
  • Prior experience with specialized private client insurance carriers such as Chubb, PURE, and Cincinnati Insurance, as well as experience with brokered and non-admitted insurance markets
