To achieve our vision, we are searching for a High School Visual Arts Teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field, and at least 2+ years of lead teaching experience in visual arts (High School or advanced studio experience preferred). This individual brings deep expertise across multiple artistic disciplines and a proven record of facilitating rigorous, concept-driven studio instruction that results in high-quality student work and portfolio development. The salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $100,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience teaching in a lead capacity in a school, NYS teacher certification status, and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
