About The Position
At Vantage Point Consulting, we partner with colleges and universities to ensure military-affiliated learners receive the support they need to succeed. Our CORE Shared Services team is growing, and we’re looking for a Higher Education Solutions Consultant who thrives on client interaction, enjoys research, and brings experience in higher education to the table. If you enjoy helping institutions and service members succeed, have a talent for turning complex policies into clear guidance, and want to make an impact that matters, this could be the opportunity for you.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior work in higher education (Admissions, Advisement, Career Services, Veterans Office, or Financial Aid preferred).
- Strong communication, compliance, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with public speaking
- Knowledge of higher education systems
- U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to higher education institutions on Military Tuition Assistance policies and procedures.
- Support Service members in degree choices and completion.
- Develop and share clear, easy-to-use guidance materials for education institutions and Service members.
- Assist in creating and presenting communication through emails, newsletters and webinars.
- Maintain information platforms and ensure updates are accurate and timely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve education institution concerns related to Military Tuition Assistance.
- Collaborate with clients and teammates in a supportive, solutions-focused environment.
