About The Position
The Health Information Management (HIM) manager of E.H.R. Information Integrity, under the oversight and direction of the Director of Health Information Management, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Health System HIM Committee structure, the Health System centralized documentation completion and provider suspension processes, the Temple University Inc. internal and external performance outcomes area and reporting, as well as the development of performance improvement strategies consistent with regulatory preparedness and the information integrity needs of the health system.
Requirements
- Master's Degree Health Informatics Required or
- Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
- 3 years experience with EPIC E.H.R. Required
- 3 years experience with optimizing information with EPIC E.H.R. in a university or health system setting Required
- 3 years experience in data analytics and outcome reporting to executive level audiences Required
- Reg Health Information Admin Required
Nice To Haves
- 3 years experience in a supervisory role Preferred
