About The Position

KRE Security is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hiring Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping ensure a smooth hiring experience for new employees.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Previous administrative or HR experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying required documentation
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate employee records and hiring documentation
  • Support background check and pre-employment screening processes
  • Collaborate with management to ensure staffing needs are met
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and hiring team
