About The Position

Operate asphalt plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production targets. Monitor plant controls and systems to ensure consistent quality and optimal performance. Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to coordinate material flow and maintain smooth operations. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized worksite.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and operate Hot Mix Asphalt plant systems and related equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Capacity to troubleshoot issues and apply sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
