About The Position

Support daily asphalt plant operations by performing general labor tasks and equipment assistance. Monitor material flow, perform basic plant checks, and communicate irregularities to the plant operator. Assist with routine maintenance, cleanup, and safe work area organization. Use hand tools and support equipment to maintain plant efficiency and reliability. Work collaboratively with plant and loader operator teams to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and follow established safety procedures.
• Capability to learn plant processes, material flow, and maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of changing conditions during plant operation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, adaptability, and readiness to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
