About The Position

NORY is looking for talented Coding Counselors to inspire and guide our 8-12-year-olds through exciting coding and hands-on engineering projects while also teaching other engaging activities. In this role, you'll facilitate lessons using coding languages similar to Scratch, coach students to create inventions with Arduino circuit boards, sensors, and proprietary robots, and foster a positive environment where curiosity thrives. As part of our empathetic, growth-driven educator team, you’ll motivate campers to explore, invent, and build lifelong skills. Whether you’re teaching coding, leading activities, or mentoring, you’ll create meaningful memories and serve as a role model for resilience, empathy, and innovation. Requirements

• Experience with Children: You have 1+ year of experience working with 8-12-year-old children, fostering their curiosity and creativity.
• Enthusiastic and Eager to Learn: You love learning new technologies and skills, especially related to coding and STEM education.
• Positive and Solution-Oriented: You maintain a positive outlook, always seeking solutions and welcoming constructive feedback to foster personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities
