YOUR ROLE AS A SCHEDULER Coordinate with the Client Care manager regarding client care and staffing needs. Create, maintain, and update caregiver/client schedules. Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care plans. Ensure all client shifts are properly staffed and documented in scheduling system. Communicate schedule changes, call-offs, and coverage needs to staff, caregivers and clients. Monitor and adjust schedules to address last-minute staffing issues. Verify caregiver availability, credentials, and compliance requirements. Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and staff. Assist with after-hours scheduling needs when required. Direct client care when necessary
