We help clients living with dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, stroke recovery, and other conditions continue to live safely and comfortably at home. We are looking for a Home Care Coordinator/Scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you will coordinate schedules for our caregiving team, respond to daily scheduling needs, and ensure our clients receive consistent, reliable care. You will also serve as a key point of communication among caregivers, clients, and the leadership team to help keep our operations aligned and running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and motivated by meaningful work. The right candidate takes pride in staying ahead of scheduling needs, communicating clearly, and supporting caregivers so they can focus on delivering exceptional care.
