This role is ideal for a caregiver who understands client needs firsthand and is ready to take the lead in coordinating care, supporting caregivers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Your work helps ensure: Seniors receive consistent, high-quality care Caregivers feel supported, prepared, and heard Families trust that care is well-organized and supervised What You’ll Do Lead With Caregiving Experience Support caregivers using your firsthand knowledge of senior care Step in to assist with ADLs, companionship, or meals when needed to maintain continuity of care Staffing & Scheduling Coordination Create and manage daily caregiver schedules Match caregivers to clients based on care needs, skills, and availability Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and coverage needs promptly Clerical & Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate caregiver and client records Complete and track onboarding paperwork and documentation Use scheduling systems, email, and basic office software daily Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and leadership Client & Family Support Assist with client onboarding and care plan coordination Address questions or concerns with compassion and professionalism Help ensure care plans are followed and documented consistently What We’re Looking For 5+ years of senior caregiving experience required (CNAs strongly encouraged) Strong clerical, organizational, and scheduling skills are preferred Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and documentation Clear communicator with strong problem-solving abilities Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks Schedule, Pay & Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM On-Call: Rotating evenings/weekends Pay: $40,000–$42,000 annually + bonus structure Benefits: Mileage reimbursement & Paid Time Off (PTO) If you’re a caregiver who’s naturally organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support care through both compassion and coordination, this role offers stability, respect, and meaningful impact.
