Aroostook Mental Health Center (AMHC), proudly serving Maine communities for more than 60 years, is seeking a full-time BHP who is passionate about supporting children and families to join our Home and Community Treatment (HCT) Program based in Madawaska. About the HCT Program: The Home and Community Treatment (HCT) Program provides intensive, short-term, in-home services for children experiencing social-emotional and behavioral challenges. Services are delivered in the child’s home, school, and community, allowing clinicians to help families practice and integrate new skills in real-life situations. The goals of HCT include: • Helping families better understand their child’s behavior and developmental needs • Teaching caregivers effective therapeutic responses and strategies • Building natural and community supports to maintain progress after treatment • Reducing crisis service utilization • Stabilizing youth in their home environments and preventing higher levels of care Why Join the AMHC HCT Team?
