Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience in home health administration, with a focus on leadership of programs and people
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and standards
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and technology

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field

Responsibilities
