Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining - always promoting independence and respect
• Provide medication assistance as trained and delegated
• Engage residents in conversation and activities that enhance quality of life
• Observe and communicate changes in resident needs to the nursing team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and uplifting environment
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, supportive workplace culture
