Requirements
- HHA Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Level II Background Screening
- TB Test (within 6 months)
- Physical – Free of Communicable Disease Statement (within 1 year)
- Own Vehicle
- Valid Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and communicate changes appropriately
