About The Position
Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Sahuarita and Green Valley, AZ Status: Full-Time and Part-Time Openings Dependable Health Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality home health care to patients in the Sahuarita and Green Valley areas . This role allows you to make a meaningful difference by helping patients remain comfortable and safe in their own homes while receiving personalized care. Job Summary As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide direct patient care in the home setting while working closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their condition, and provide emotional support to both patients and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active CNA certification
- Prior home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
Nice To Haves
- Prior home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the home under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Observe and record vital signs, intake/output, and other important patient information
- Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Protect patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Complete required documentation and paperwork accurately and timely
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain skills and knowledge
