About The Position

We have several rewarding private-duty cases across Mid-Michigan. Whether you prefer the energy of pediatrics or the precision of adult complex care, we have a shift that fits your schedule. Complex Adult Care Lapeer (39-Year-Old Male): Shifts: Days (6 AM – 7 PM, Fri–Sun) or Nights (9 PM – 6 AM, Sun–Thu). The Vibe: Relaxed home with three friendly dogs. Care: High-acuity support including Trach, Vent, G-Tube, and Catheter care. Morning shifts involve bathing and lifting. Clio (56-Year-Old Male): Shifts: 6 AM – 4 PM (Tuesday & Thursday). The Vibe: Professional and attentive. Kyle is a quadriplegic who requires a dedicated caregiver to assist with daily living and medical appointments. Care: Wound care, medication administration, bowel program, and use of a ceiling-track lift. Must be comfortable driving the family truck for doctor visits. (Male Nurses Only per patient request). Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
