Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience required, Home Health experience preferred
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid PA driver’s license, and insurance coverage
- Must pass a satisfactory criminal background check
