Requirements
- Active, unencumberedFlorida RN license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Document visits efficiently usingAI-assisted tools
