About The Position
LEAP of California is looking for compassionate Home Providers to host adults with disabilities in their home. If you are kind, have a welcoming home, and a desire for meaningful work, we'd love to talk!
Requirements
- A home (own or rent) with a spare room in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin Counties
- An inclusive household - accepting of diverse identities
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically
- Commitment to being able to promote independence and personal growth
- Willingness to learn how to provide personalized care and support tailored to each individual’s needs--including assistance with daily activities such as medication management, meal preparation, etc.
