About TruBlue Home Service Ally TruBlue is a national leader in home maintenance, dedicated to helping seniors age in place safely and helping busy families regain their free time. We aren’t just looking for someone who can fix a leak; we’re looking for a Home Service Ally —someone who brings technical expertise, empathy, and a high standard of integrity to every doorstep. What You’ll Do As a technician, you will be the face of TruBlue, performing a variety of tasks that keep homes safe and functional. General Repairs: Tackle "honey-do" lists including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, misc. interior/exterior and flooring repairs. Safety Upgrades: Install grab bars, ramps, and other accessibility modifications to support seniors. Maintenance: Perform seasonal home tune-ups and basic plumbing/electrical fixes (e.g., changing fixtures, fixing toilets). Customer Connection: Build trust with clients through clear communication, respectful behavior, and "clean-as-you-go" professionalism. Who You Are Experienced: 3-5+ years of paid experience in home repairs, remodeling, or a specialized trade. Skilled: Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Reliable: You show up on time, every time, and take pride in doing the job right the first time. Empathetic: You enjoy helping people and can communicate effectively with seniors and their families.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of paid experience in home repairs, remodeling, or a specialized trade
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • You show up on time, every time, and take pride in doing the job right the first time
  • You enjoy helping people and can communicate effectively with seniors and their families
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Reliable and presentable transportation
  • Full set of basic tools including drill, impact, saw and other carpentry-related tools
  • Must pass a background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
