Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day E‑Commerce operations and picker performance.
  • Ensure high‑quality produce and in‑code products are selected for customer orders.
  • Ensure all customer orders are accurately picked, staged, and ready for on‑time delivery.
  • Audit order completion and accuracy regularly.
  • Achieve and maintain a minimum productivity standard of 90 picks per hour, and manage staff to meet performance expectations.
  • Partner with store personnel—including the Store Director, department heads, receiver, vendors, and Operations Managers—to ensure product availability.
  • Manage the re‑shop process to minimize out‑of‑stocks and substitutions.
  • Manage future item demand to support fulfillment accuracy.
  • Participate in weekly Store Director and department manager meetings.
  • Achieve 97% in‑stock shopping fulfillment, less than 3% out‑of‑stocks, and 0% missing items.
  • Partner with drivers and observe shoppers to ensure best practices are consistently followed.
  • Partner with the Store Director and Operations Manager to interview, hire, train, coach, mentor, and manage direct reports.
  • Schedule shoppers to meet efficiency, productivity, and service expectations.
  • Proactively manage customer communication, including responding to incoming calls and reaching out to customers when needed.
  • Process customer refunds promptly and accurately.
  • Manage all E‑Commerce assets, equipment, and undelivered product to ensure proper use and accountability.
  • Use current computer applications to manage orders, communicate business directives, and complete required reporting.
  • Oversee all digital and operational components of the eCommerce business.
  • Perform services for drive‑up customers and delivery agents partnered with the E‑Commerce department.
