About The Position

Are you a compassionate licensed nurse who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? At Touching Hearts at Home, we provide high-quality in-home care that allows seniors and individuals with health needs to live with dignity and independence. We are currently seeking Regional RN Service Supervisors across the greater Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. These part-time roles require flexible scheduling, including day, night, and weekend availability, based on client needs. Assignments are territory-based and will be aligned as closely as possible to your home location. Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Home care, home health, or community-based nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to client-centered care
• Satisfactory completion of criminal background check, drug screening, TB screening, and healthcare registry check

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home care assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Train, guide, and supervise caregiver team on implementing care plans (ADLs, medication reminders, safety practices, and more) that will keep seniors thriving at home.
• Monitor client conditions, document changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families.
• Educate clients and families on health management and self-care practices.
• Ensure coordinated, high-quality, client-centered care through regular oversight.
• Promote client dignity, comfort, and well-being at all times.
