Requirements

• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a Homemaker Companion or in a similar role
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Current and valid driver’s license, with the ability to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping: Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping
• Laundry and changing bed linens
• Dishes and bathroom cleaning
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Accompany clients on walks or social activities
• Assist with hobbies and daily routines
• Grocery shop or run errands when scheduled
• Complete brief shift documentation
