Motor Werks is currently seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Honda Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our Honda customers, the Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes, including basic technical terminology.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and dealership management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with scheduling service appointments.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests and vehicle symptoms.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections to identify service needs and communicate recommended repairs to customers.
  • Provide transparent and detailed explanations of service recommendations, including estimated costs and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on repair progress and addressing any additional concerns.
  • Ensure accurate completion of service paperwork, including work orders and invoicing, in compliance with dealership procedures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.
